About Your Donations – One-time, Recurring, Receipts etc.

Charitable Receipts
All donors/sponsors will receive a charitable donation receipt via our donation platform through CanadaHelps.org.
For one-time donations, CanadaHelps automatically emails tax receipts to the donor once the gift is successfully processed.
For monthly donations, we do not instantly issue tax receipts. By default, no receipt is issued for monthly contributions before the start of a new year, when we automatically generate them and send you an email so you can download the receipt. There is no action required on your part to make this happen.

FSBGC uses this payment gateway to ensure our donors have the most straightforward & secure donation experience. The CanadaHelps.org donor platform also provides our donors with tax receipts. Donations can be made using credit cards, PayPal, or CanadaHelps.org gift cards.
Using the CanadaHelps.org gateway, donor payment information is NOT stored on the fsbgc.ca website database.
