Faqs
About Your Donations – One-time, Recurring, Receipts etc.
Please review the FAQs to answer any questions regarding your generous donations and the platform BGC Fort Saskatchewan uses to keep your information safe and secure. If your questions are not answered by the FAQ section, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Charitable Receipts
All donors/sponsors will receive a charitable donation receipt via our donation platform through CanadaHelps.org.
For one-time donations, CanadaHelps automatically emails tax receipts to the donor once the gift is successfully processed.
For monthly donations, we do not instantly issue tax receipts. By default, no receipt is issued for monthly contributions before the start of a new year, when we automatically generate them and send you an email so you can download the receipt. There is no action required on your part to make this happen.
Please CLICK HERE to be directed to the CanadaHelps.org Tax Receipt information centre for more information.
If you need a copy of your donation receipt, please use our handy Receipt Download Tool (courtesy CanadaHelps.org)
If you can’t find the answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to contact FSBGC.
