Well-Being & Development
For Children & Youth
Our Well-Being and Development for Children and Youth programs are designed to foster emotional well-being, build self-esteem, and enhance social skills through various age-appropriate, group-based activities.
Conflict Resolution
For Children, Youth & Parents
Our Conflict Resolution program provides a neutral, supportive environment where families can come together to learn new skills, strengthen relationships, and resolve problems constructively.
Community Involvement
For Youth
Our Community Involvement Opportunities program is dedicated to helping youth involved with the justice system positively contribute to their community in collaboration with probation services and the youth justice committee.
Parent Support & Education
BGC Parenting Programs focus on family-centred, strength-based approaches grounded in attachment theory. Facilitated by professionals, these programs teach respectful communication, adolescent development, boundary-setting, and self-care. Parents gain skills, confidence, and peer support in navigating challenges.
Featured Program: Parenting Without Power Struggles is a 10-week program for parents of preteens that offers guidance on fostering positive relationships during adolescence.
