Drop-in Fun to Employment Strategy
Youth Drop-In Nights
Youth Drop-In Nights offer a relaxed, fun-filled environment where you can unwind and connect with friends. Join us on Tuesday and Friday evenings for snacks, music, and various exciting activities, including rock wall climbing, games, and creative projects. Whether you want to join in on planned events or hang out, all youth grade 7+ are welcome.
Youth Employment Skilled4Success
Available year-round, the Youth Employment Skilled4Success Program is tailored for youth ages 15-30. This 8 to 15-week initiative includes skills training and practical experience. Participants benefit from job readiness support and mentorship and earn minimum wage, with the chance to receive a program completion bonus.
Summer Youth Employment Strategy
If you’re searching for summer employment, our Summer Youth Employment Strategy provides hands-on work experiences that build real-world skills and confidence. By participating in programs like the Urban Street Grill or the Youth Employment Program (YEP), you’ll gain practical job skills, earn an honorarium, and explore future career opportunities.
